About Me

What makes you unique?

I have been writing poems and stories since I learned I could write. My mother was an avid reader and had instilled in me the same passion, but it grew into wanting to create my own worlds with my own characters.

I have a few poems published in a local college magazine. I have two published books available on Amazon and more to be released in the coming years. My main genre that I write is fairytale retellings and fantasy, and I often combine the two.

I live in the middle of a high desert in the United States much to my chagrin. I love the snow and the mountains. My husband and I have three children, three cats, and one dog. We are very family oriented and are often doing something together as a family.

One odd but cool fact about me: I have flown an actual airplane.
